Fashion Advisor

, you will offer personalized service and support daily operations to ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Retail sales, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and remain organized in a constantly evolving environment.
• Customer-centric approach, aiming to create a welcoming and unique experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency in POS systems, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 18 kg (40 lb), and use a ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
