Your role

• Provide all customers with an excellent in-store experience by offering expert advice and proactively assisting them
• Prepare quotes for projects, follow up with potential customers and close sales
• Provide cashier service and answer phones
• Occasional tasks: Prepare web orders for PRO, help with targeted customer calls and collaborate on preparing PRO events
• Promote the sale of complementary products and services such as installation, financing and delivery
• Inform customers of current promotions and financing options
• Perform all other related tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the store

Skills sought

• 2 years of relevant experience in the renovation field
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with computers, ability to learn to work with new software
• Motivation and ability to reach and exceed sales targets by meeting customer needs
