We are attentive to your background and your ambitions. Your day-to-day at Simplex You are the first point of contact with our customers at the branch. Your main role: understand their needs and offer them the right tools, at the right time.

At our company, versatility and collaboration are part of our culture. You could also lend a hand in the yard to prepare equipment or make sure it is ready to go out again. Responsibilities: Specifically, you will: Counter side (50%) Welcome customers and identify their needs Advise on equipment and finalize rental contracts Explain how to operate it and use it safely Ensure a positive customer experience and finalize contracts Yard/workshop side (50%) Prepare tools and equipment for rentals Load and unload equipment Inspect and clean equipment upon return Keep the yard clean, safe and functional Requirements: What we are looking for You enjoy customer contact and providing good service You are resourceful and like to be on the move You are comfortable in a computerized environment You are able to work on your feet and lift loads Customer service experience: essential Knowledge of tools/mechanics: a plus!
