Job description

Can you ensure a pleasant interaction with clients while being warm? Can you handle financial transactions correctly and feel a sense of accomplishment when providing excellent client experience? We are looking for a champion who can understand client needs and offer them the most suitable banking solutions to ensure a positive client experience.

In this role, you will be required to do the following

  • · Handle financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in accordance with standardized operational procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics
  • · Understand and determine client needs in order to recommend tailored solutions, while acting with discretion for confidential matters
  • · Respond to client concerns and resolve them using common procedures and escalating exceptions to a higher level, as needed
  • · Achieve established business objectives by promoting banking solutions and following business processes in an accurate and timely manner
  • · Create a personal connection with clients to inform them adequately and clearly about banking solutions and processes
  • · Help establish a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment, by promoting team effectiveness and participating in individual performance and development
  • · Support the team by respecting colleagues, remaining committed, and keeping everyone informed of the status of routine activities
  • · Ensure a quality customer experience and recommend operational improvements when opportunities for improvement and achievement of operational excellence arise

Job Requirements

  • · High school diploma and/or more than one year of relevant experience
  • · University degree or equivalent, an asset
  • · Very good organizational skills, and solid administrative, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • · Practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet
  • · Ambitious person able to show initiative, focused on accuracy, and detail-oriented for handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • · Dynamic communicator with recognized customer experience skills, who can establish a connection, verbally or in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
