We are looking for a champion who can understand customer needs and offer them the most suitable banking solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

As part of your duties, you will be required to do the following:

  • Process financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in accordance with standardized operational procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics
  • Understand and determine customer needs in order to recommend tailored solutions, while acting with discretion for confidential matters
  • Respond to customer concerns and resolve them using common procedures and escalating exceptions to a higher level, as needed
  • Meet established business objectives by promoting banking solutions and following business processes in an accurate and timely manner
  • Build a personal connection with clients to inform them adequately and clearly about banking solutions and processes
  • Help establish a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in individual performance and development
  • Support the team by respecting colleagues, being committed, and keeping everyone informed about the status of routine activities
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience and recommend operational improvements when opportunities for improvement and operational excellence arise

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or more than one year of relevant experience
  • University degree or equivalent, an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and solid administrative, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet
  • Ambitious individual who can demonstrate initiative, is detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Dynamic communicator with recognized client experience skills who can establish a connection, verbally or in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
