Your mission
Under the supervision of the Head of Service – Planning, you will:
- Supervise mandates related to the planning and development of transportation networks, particularly the cycling network
- Contribute to the implementation of an integrated and high-performing transportation network: pedestrian, cycling, public transit and road
- Represent the City with various partners and take part in committees.
- Formulate recommendations to support decision-making in urban development and land use planning.
- Coordinate the development of urban and interregional transportation networks
- Develop policies and lead strategic studies on mobility and parking.
- Anticipate the current and future mobility needs of the population (all modes)
- Analyze mobility-related data
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (transportation) or urban planning (with a transportation specialization) or an equivalent combination of training;
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience;
- Mastery of issues related to transportation planning, active mobility and land use planning;

You play a key role by bringing in-depth expertise. Your know-how will be called upon to guide decisions and coordinate various projects. You are also a central player in the delivery of specialized advisory services.

Salary
Competitive salary, according to class 4 of the professional employees salary scale: salary range $92,987 to $119,215 (depending on experience).
