As a Recruitment Technician, you play a key role in Tango's HR team. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, mainly in temporary placement, while participating in all stages of the recruitment process. This position requires relational and organizational skills to ensure a quality experience for candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts related to temporary placement
• Develop trust relationships with clients and candidates
• Conduct interviews for various types of positions
• Write and layout professional documents
• Ensure follow-up of communications and data

Requirements

• Degree in administration or communication
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Ability to adapt and sense of service
