JOB SUMMARY

The sales and customer service advisor, under the supervision of the management team, welcomes customers and advises them throughout their visit to the store in order to maximize sales and assists other departments when required for the smooth operation of the store.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome all customers when they enter the store and inform them of the health measures in place;
• Make sure to approach all customers to ask about their needs, offer them assistance and direct them to the merchandise they are looking for;
• Suggest complementary items to maximize sales;
• Keep informed about available merchandise and make frequent rounds of their department to better know the layout of the various products;
• Inform customers of current and upcoming promotions and events;
• Perform replacements in other departments as needed;
• Restock merchandise in their department so that it is available at all times;
• Label merchandise;
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions quickly and efficiently;
• Stay up to date on store policies and procedures in order to handle all possible types of interactions according to Aubainerie standards;
• Take part in the upkeep and good presentation of their department so that it reflects the Aubainerie image and is attractive to customers;
• Act at all times as an ambassador of excellence in the quality of their customer service by applying Aubainerie standards;
• Be alert to internal theft and shoplifting and take part in preventing them;
• Perform any other related tasks.
