Do you enjoy helping customers feel confident and stylish while keeping a store organized and inviting? If so, this job is for you!

As a Fashion Advisor, you will provide personalized service and support daily operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment. From fitting room assistance to processing transactions at the cash register, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, inclusive and personalized shopping experience that builds strong customer connections and fosters loyalty
• Provide personalized service, answer questions and suggest complementary items to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Use your knowledge of products and promotions to drive add-on sales and support store performance
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor
• Contribute to daily operations to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a constantly changing environment.
• Customer-centric approach, aimed at creating a welcoming and unique experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexible availability: evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 18 kg (40 lb) and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
