Automobile Gréber is a car dealership located in Gatineau offering financing solutions tailored to different credit profiles.

We work with several financial institutions and support our clients throughout the process of purchasing and financing their vehicle.

We are currently looking for a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.

Job description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing automotive financing applications, communicating with financial institutions, and preparing and finalizing client files.

The ideal candidate must be organized, comfortable working with clients, and able to manage several files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure automotive financing applications
• Prepare and submit credit applications to various financial institutions
• Work with prime, non-prime and sub-prime credit files
• Communicate with lenders to obtain and manage financing approvals
• Clearly present the various available financing options to clients
• Present applicable warranties and protection products
• Prepare and verify the documents required to finalize transactions
• Ensure files are complete and compliant before financing
• Carry out necessary follow-ups with clients and financial institutions
• Maintain good organization of files and the client pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure transactions run smoothly
• Provide professional and transparent service throughout the financing process
• Follow up on files until full financing is provided by the financial institution

Compensation

$52,794.74 to $149,893.04 per year

Compensation is based in part on performance and applicable commissions.

Income may vary depending on several factors, including:

• The volume of files processed
• The number of transactions completed
• Individual performance
• The applicable commission structure

Desired qualifications

• Experience in automotive financing, an important asset
• Experience in automotive sales, financing, or a related field
• Customer service experience: minimum 1 year preferred
• Good understanding of the automotive financing process
• Experience with prime and sub-prime credit files, an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Good negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Ability to work with several financial institutions

Experience

Customer service: 1 year preferred
