Our History

Master Roaster since 1960, the most important Quebec family rotisserie, Benny&Co., specializes and excels in cooking roasted chicken using their exclusive slow-cooking technique of three hours developed by co-founder Gilles Benny. With a network of over 70 branches in Quebec and Ontario, the 4th-generation company employs over 2400 employees and serves 12 million roasted chicken meals per year. To date, over 37 members of the Benny family from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation own and operate all the restaurants.
