Do you enjoy being in contact with people and technology? We are currently looking for a Technical Services Representative, whom we call a Services Agent. In this role, you will meet our customers' service and repair needs.

No experience is required. We will help you build the skills and knowledge you need to help our customers with confidence.

What you will do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at the service counter.
• Provide delivery and installation services at our customers' homes.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained.
• Foster an inclusive team and a culture of learning.

What we are looking for

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successfully passed a criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm for supporting and helping our customers.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
