Requirements

Brigil is currently looking for a maintenance worker in the Gatineau/Ottawa sector, under the supervision of the Building Manager, the maintenance employee has the following main responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service on a daily basis;
• Perform outdoor work according to the seasons (cleaning, lawn mowing, snow removal from entrances, etc.);
• Clean common areas such as terraces, recycling room, garbage room and others;
• Collect waste inside the garage and outside on the building's grounds;
• Maintenance and cleaning of pools
• Make, at the manager's request, minor repairs that do not require a competency card;
• Inform the manager of any anomaly or breakage that could compromise safety;
• Collaborate with management in the application of building regulations;
• Receive emergency calls (available evenings and weekends) and take action accordingly;
• All other related tasks as requested.

Requirements for this position

• Hold a high school diploma
• Ability to work independently and professionally;
• Bilingual (English/French Oral)
