
Human Resources Coordinator
Permanent Position — Part-time or Full-time
You enjoy working with people, structuring HR practices, and supporting managers? We are looking for an organized, autonomous, and discreet person to contribute to the smooth operation of our organization and the well-being of our teams.
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, you will ensure the coordination of human resources activities and daily support to managers and employees. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee file management, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Your Responsibilities
Recruitment and Integration
- Take charge of the entire recruitment process: posting positions, selecting applications, interviews, reference checks, and coordinating hiring.
- Coordinate the reception and integration of new employees with managers.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
Administration and HR Practices
- Participate in the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ensure the maintenance, updating, confidentiality, and compliance of employee files.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and follow-ups with managers.
- Collaborate with the accounting department on pay-related issues and necessary information for processing.
- Perform administrative follow-ups related to files and requests from the CNESST.
Support and Labor Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Advise and support managers in performance management, labor relations, and disciplinary measures.
- Prepare documents and coordinate follow-ups related to disciplinary and administrative procedures.
- Contribute to conflict resolution with professionalism, impartiality, and discretion.
- Participate in engagement, recognition, and workplace improvement initiatives.
Subsidies and Continuous Improvement
- Research wage subsidy programs offered by different levels of government.
- Prepare applications, gather required documents, and ensure follow-ups and accountability.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving practices and the organization's efficiency.
The Desired Profile
We are looking for someone who combines professionalism, service sense, and judgment, able to establish trust relationships with employees and managers.
Education and Experience
- Education in human resources or a related field, or any relevant combination of education and experience.
- Two to five years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.

- Great autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization.
- Ability to manage multiple files and establish priorities.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to advise managers in various HR situations.
