Join CIMA+'s Energy and Resources team as a Service Offer Advisor, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will play an essential role in preparing proposals for projects related to the energy transition.

Join CIMA+, one of the largest consulting engineering teams in Canada, where your role is to coordinate, write, and ensure the quality of offers for renewable energy and decarbonization projects. Working alongside technical and business development teams, you will play a key role at each stage of the tendering process.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of service offers
• Write and format proposal content
• Manage documents and compliance (CVs, presentations)
• Contribute to tender response strategies
• Lead post-proposal reviews to optimize processes

Requirements

• Relevant degree and 3 to 5 years of coordination experience
• Proficiency in French and English, excellent writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple files under pressure
• Integrity and commitment to excellence
• Expertise in Office 365 and SharePoint
