Director of Supply Chain - Lauzon (Papineauville)
Lauzon was born from the dream that David Lauzon had in 1985, while walking through the forests of Outaouais. The young visionary has today transformed into one of the most important manufacturers of international scope, while becoming a major regional player in Quebec with activities established within the communities of Outaouais, Laurentides, Lanaudière, and Mauricie.
If Lauzon is still a family business with values deeply rooted in Quebec's forests, it is now a diversified and vertically integrated group, with a team of 500 people, which harvests wood from the forest in an eco-responsible manner, cuts it in its sawmill - the largest hardwood sawmill in North America -, and transforms it into high-quality products such as prefinished floors, heating or cooking pellets, and finishing wood for the furniture industry.
