Sommaire De L'emploi

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main objective as Assistant Store Manager is to help the Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You foster a positive shopping experience for every customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to generate operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms.

You play a crucial role in the store's daily operations. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, while maintaining the brand presentation and visual merchandising standards, as well as in-store guidelines. You also contribute to stock management by processing shipments, restocking the sales floor and processing e-commerce orders.

Qualifications

High school diploma; postsecondary studies in business or a related field, an asset

2 years of management experience, preferably in the fashion apparel field, or equivalent management experience

Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Show flexibility, innovation and a sense of urgency to identify and respond in a constantly evolving work environment by providing ideas and solutions that will make an impact

Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage priorities and multiple projects at once

Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration

Skills with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office

Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) according to business needs
