Salary range (not limited to):

43,600 - 53,200

Target annual bonus, based on base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (depending on individual employee performance and the company's financial results)

The salary of the person selected for this position will be determined based on a set of factors, including: professional experience, skills, anticipated contribution to the role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is for a 35-hour work week and could apply to most different candidate profiles, but we encourage candidates falling outside this salary range to apply.

About the position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I to join our growing team!

Work schedule: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday

Hybrid mode: 1 day per week

Salary: $ annually

What you will accomplish with us:

• Answer incoming phone calls while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and make adjustments related to their customer account.
• Promote self-service by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile app.
• Send documents or copies of policies to customers.
• Meet the various client needs, such as answering general questions, processing re-enrollments after a cancellation, and resolving issues encountered by clients.

What you will bring

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Proven skills with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android
• Experience in a call center environment (asset)
• Independence, dynamism and strong communication skills
• Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and others
• Bilingual (French and English). Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis
• No prior work experience in Canada required, but you must be authorized to work in Canada.
