Marketsupport Canada is looking for

brand ambassadors who are dynamic, reliable and comfortable interacting with the public to represent the fire safety products of one of our clients in Home Depot stores as part of our fall 2026 campaign.

Event schedule

• One 4-hour shift: from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Choose

Saturday OR Sunday

• Flexible choice of one weekend between

September 26 and October 26, 2026

• Choose, from the available weekends, the one that best fits your schedule

Your responsibilities

• Interact with customers in store and inform them about our client's fire safety products
• Actively approach customers and stay engaged throughout your shift
• Complete the pre-visit report and the required training before your shift
• Confirm your arrival with your program coordinator by text message at the start of your shift
• Represent our client and Marketsupport in a friendly and professional manner

Desired profile

• Friendly, confident person who is comfortable approaching customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience as a brand ambassador, in retail, sales or customer service is considered an asset
• Ability to stand and interact with customers for the entire 4-hour shift
• Cell phone capable of sending text messages and taking photos

Dress code

• Black pants or jeans without rips
• Steel-toe safety shoes
• A branded apron will be provided

Pay and training

• $20.00/hour – 4-hour shift
• Fully paid training before your first shift
• All mandatory training hours are paid
• Travel time is not paid and no mileage reimbursement is offered
