Your role

The person provides level 3 technical support and is responsible for the administration of Windows servers. They identify opportunities for improvement and implement processes and automations aimed at increasing the efficiency of the computer environment according to best practices. They are responsible for updates and proactive maintenance of servers supporting the Windows environment.

Requirements

• Diploma of Collegial Studies with seven (7) years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with three (3) years of relevant experience;
• Advanced knowledge of Windows environment administration in an enterprise context (active directory, Exchange, DFS, GPO/GPP, NTFS rights);
• Advanced knowledge of Powershell scripts;
• Intermediate SQL knowledge;
• Knowledge of network standards: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS;
• Knowledge of email authentication mechanisms (DKIM, DMARC), an asset;
• Knowledge of AzureAD and Office365 environments, an asset;
• Understanding of written English is essential;
• A Microsoft certification will be considered an asset.
