Role

The supervisor's role is to ensure the smooth operation of production.

Responsibilities

Schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (12-hour shift)

Supervise a group of approximately 15 production employees according to the company's needs and do so as efficiently as possible.

Ensure that each operator and laborer works optimally in accordance with their training, procedures, regulations, and company policies.

Know and respect the quality and food safety standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Ensure replacement of breaks on the production line for which they are responsible.

Ensure that they have the necessary equipment and resources to achieve production objectives.

Respect deadlines while ensuring a quality product

Inspect the premises daily to ensure cleanliness and safety. Apply corrections as needed and follow up.

Document management and production activities (registers + performance indicators).

Submit ideas for continuous improvement processes.

Welcome and integrate new staff.

Ensure and coordinate the training of production employees regarding their tasks, safety standards, and company policies

Evaluate personnel based on attendance, quality, and attitude at work as well as established norms and objectives.

Develop an individual development plan with employees to improve their performance.

Ensure healthy and effective management of interpersonal and group conflict situations.

Intervene when an employee's performance is unsatisfactory and apply disciplinary measures as needed.

Be a technical resource for employees.

Lead efficient team meetings.

Mobilize your team by recognizing good work and providing feedback.
