Role context

We are actively looking for a person to join the team of the Système intégré de gestion des ressources humaines (SIGRH) project. This is an integrated solution designed to support the entire employee lifecycle, from entry into the organization to departure, while bringing together the main human resources management and payroll processes within a single environment.

You will be part of a dedicated, dynamic and multidisciplinary project team, called upon to work closely with the various stakeholders in order to contribute to the success of this organizational and technological transformation.

As an operations analyst, you will play a key role in bridging project activities during the implementation phase and operational needs after deployment. You will be called upon to actively contribute to the various stages of implementation, from analysis and design through configuration, testing, training, deployment and stabilization of the solution.

You will take part in particular in the analysis and validation of requirements as well as in the technical and functional specifications, taking into account technical and operational imperatives. You will also contribute to the production, updating and evolution of the technical and operational documentation required before, during and after deployment, in order to ensure a structured transition to operations, support knowledge transfer and promote effective handover of the solution once it is put into production.

🚀 Your mission

In this role, the incumbent is responsible for integrating, supporting and ensuring the daily operation of corporate applications in the production environment; collaborates on training during production rollouts; acts as a resource person for users; maintains specialized documentation in accordance with the City's norms and standards; evaluates, analyzes and carries out minor change requests from users; performs any other task as requested by their supervisor.

🎯 Desired profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of the tasks.
  • Any combination of training and experience deemed relevant and equivalent may be considered.
  • Meet a security screening requirement.
  • Successfully complete the qualification process.

The Process May Include an Interview, Tests and a Standard Verification to Assess the Following Skills

Staffing process

This process will also be used to establish the eligibility list.

Work schedule

35 hours/week, in accordance with the provisions of article 24.01 of the white-collar collective agreement.

Salary

Hourly rate of $47.47 to $59.35, according to class 11.
