
Communications, Marketing and Growth Coordinator

Your mission
Contribute to the growth and influence of the CCG by developing communications, recruiting new members, promoting their engagement, and supporting their retention through various initiatives and campaigns.
Main responsibilities
Communications and marketing
- ·Create dynamic content and manage the social networks of the CCG and Export Outaouais (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- ·Write and produce the newsletters of the CCG and Export Outaouais.
- ·Update websites and digital platforms.
- ·Develop different promotional tools and visibility.
- ·Ensure respect and consistency of the brand image.
- ·Promote the organization's events, programs, services, and initiatives.
- ·Design promotional visuals and content.
- ·Highlight members, partners, and success stories.
- ·Develop initiatives that promote business community engagement.
- ·Participate in the coverage and promotion of CCG and Export Outaouais events.
Member development
- ·Develop and deploy member acquisition, loyalty, and retention campaigns and initiatives.
- ·Ensure follow-up with prospect or interested businesses.
- ·Qualify opportunities and refer strategic partnerships to the business development manager.
- ·Contribute to achieving member growth and retention objectives.
- ·Ensure a positive member experience throughout the membership journey.
Profile sought
- ·College or university diploma in communication, marketing, or a related field.
- ·Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
- ·Excellent mastery of written French and strong writing skills.
- ·Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- ·Experience and good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- ·Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative.
- ·Ability to develop professional relationships and follow up.
- ·Knowledge of the business environment or the NPO sector (an asset).
- ·Availability to work during evening events.

- ·Salary starting at $50,000, depending on experience.
- ·Hybrid work mode, with modern offices located in the city center (free parking).

- ·Two (2) weeks of vacation after one year of service.
- ·Office closure during the holiday season: 8 additional paid days, in addition to the 2 statutory holidays, to compensate for overtime worked during events throughout the year.
