Temporary unionized position - 1 year with possibility of renewal.
WORK SCHEDULE
35 hours/week daytime
Monday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

CONTEXT
The Registration and Academic Pathway Directorate is responsible for ensuring the quality, equity, and rigor of the student pathway by applying the regulatory framework, while facilitating the progress of students through clear benchmarks, accessible services, and consistent support, from admission to graduation.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent performs various secretarial tasks related to the monitoring of administrative processes. They ensure the smooth operation of their unit's operations.
In general, as a secretarial agent, the incumbent will have to:
Anticipate the needs of the people they assist, such as reminders of deadlines and administrative procedures. Collect various information and present it in the appropriate forms. Monitor personnel management and accounting files. Keep databases up to date and feed them. Maintain the filing system and apply the archiving procedure. Manage the agenda, filter telephone calls, ensure mail management and filing. Convene and organize meetings, write minutes and correspondence. Contribute to the planning and material organization of activities or events. More precisely, depending on the profile, reception and customer service, the incumbent will have to:
Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant people; Provide information on courses, programs, and events. Answer questions related to student files and quarterly billing, receive payments, and issue official documents. Collaborate in organizing on-campus exam supervision. Support the library, as needed, to ensure borrowing and returns.
Mastery of spoken and written French, very good writing skills. Customer service skills Communication, both oral and written (writing, synthesis, and popularization) Autonomy and initiative Rigor and quality of work Analytical and judgmental skills Flexibility and adaptability Sense of priorities Collaboration and teamwork
