Your Mission
Reporting to the Maintenance Process Manager, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the availability of goods, tools, human and material resources in the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance work by estimating, planning, and coordinating the scheduling of tasks, and doing so in compliance with policies, procedures, directives, and standards in effect. They review current practices and submit recommendations for improving processes, particularly with regard to optimizing maintenance routes and operational paths for each maintenance division. They contribute to the development and implementation of performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and quality of the service offered. They ensure the accuracy of the data and update these indicators regularly.
Profile Sought
- Hold a college diploma in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the field of maintenance planning and maintenance.
- Any combination of education and experience deemed relevant and equivalent may be considered.
- Have knowledge of maintenance management software such as Guide TI.

Salary
According to class 3 of the professional employees' salary scale, i.e., from $86,500 to $110,898.
