Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Gatineau — on-site + client travel $24 to $28/h depending on experience — full-time You enjoy creating content in the field as much as planning upcoming posts? You know how to spot a good Reel idea, put people at ease in front of the camera, and turn their activities into interesting content? Wenov is looking for a creative, organized and proactive person to manage its clients' social media and make their businesses shine through authentic content. YOUR ROLE

• • Manage multiple client accounts on a daily basis: editorial calendars, creation, publishing, community engagement
• • Organize client visits to capture content: behind the scenes, teams, projects, products, testimonials, events
• • Create and edit content: Reels, TikTok, stories, carousels, posts
• • Write catchy copy, in the tone of each brand
• • Schedule and publish on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• • Engage communities: comments, messages, conversations
• • Collaborate with videographers, editors and designers during shoots
• • Prepare ideas, short scripts and needs before recordings
• • Coordinate client approvals and meet deadlines
• • Follow trends and propose relevant concepts
• • Analyze results and suggest improvements

• Organize photos and videos to make the team's work easier YOUR PROFILE

• • Excellent written and spoken French (English is an asset)
• • Experience in social media management and content creation, with work samples to present
• • Comfortable in front of and behind the camera, able to guide a short interview
• • Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• • Quality content with a phone: framing, lighting, sound, editing
• • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva or equivalents (Premiere Pro = asset)
• • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
• • Autonomy, creativity, rigor, sense of organization
• • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• • Good client relationship skills

• Available on-site in Gatineau, with travel ADDITIONAL ASSETS

• • Agency experience or management of multiple accounts
• • Photography and camera work
