Local Advisor - Bilingual (FR/EN) - Remote Work

From the comfort of home, you will assist our clients in planning their trip to Canada and the United States. Responding to various requests by phone, email and chat, advising our travelers and helping them create the road trip that suits them will be part of your daily routine!

You will have the pleasure of assisting travelers from all over the world in creating a tailor-made road trip, adapted to their wishes, interests and way of traveling.

You will also be responsible for booking the various services, validating travel documents and supporting our clients before, during and after their stay.

As you will communicate daily with French-speaking and English-speaking clients, a strong command of both French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for this position.
