Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls;
• Publish content on social media for clients
• Update content on clients' websites using a CMS
• Prepare certain client presentations;
• Write service proposals;
• Develop project plans, schedules, budget estimates and progress reports;
• Invoice projects;
• Source prices from suppliers (printers, media, freelancers);
• Follow up with the production team, suppliers and clients;
• Perform all other related tasks and special projects as requested by management.

Requirements / Desired Skills

• Hold a college diploma
• Have a good sense of organization, be dynamic and able to work in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to work under pressure at times
• Be meticulous
• Show initiative
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
• Fluency in French, spoken and written
• Fluency in English is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and knowledge of Facebook
• Be self-directed
